Raw Vegan Jeff Sekerak’s Simple 5-Step Plan For Becoming Younger, More Attractive, and Totally Desirable in LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Works Every Time!

Yes, it’s truly possible to become younger, literally OVERNIGHT, by employing just a few very effective, fast-acting, proven-to-work techniques. I’ve tried pretty much EVERYTHING since I hit 40 a few years back—still single at the time (and nervous, lol)—so I’m giving you here, the absolute BEST of what I’ve found in the area of youth-enhancing strategies.  Try ‘em tonight and I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE you shall agree with me. You’re going to wake up energized, feeling totally vibrant, and younger from the inside, out.

Here we go:

First:  Get some calcium bentonite clay. This is an item available at most health food stores. You just mix it, half clay, half water, and then put a layer on your face. Then lay down. Then, prepare to feel your face being ‘sucked into a black hole.’ Lol. With this stuff, you are essentially getting a DEEP CLEANING, SKIN-TIGHTENING, DEEP TISSUE EXERCISING massage here, with the clay. It really does work EVERY TIME. Leave it on for an hour while listening to your favorite music. When you wash it off your face should be red, and tightened up EVEYWHERE; from your neck up to your scalp. Highly effective!

Second:  Take a Senna Leaf and Prune Extract supplement that night as well; available at health food stores. This will loosen up toxins in your digestive tract, which is EXACTLY where all aging and disease begins.  If you doubt this, pick up a copy of Prof. Ehret’s The Mucusless Diet Healing System while you’re at the health food store.

Third:  Do a body-weight workout, 15 minutes MINIMUM, within this 24 hour span. Do this one: Do as many push-ups as possible. And I mean to TOTAL MUSCULAR FAILURE! Until you feel the ‘burn’ in your chest muscles (lactic acid). Stand up and do jumping jacks to loosen up; about 50 of ‘em. Now do as many body-weight squats as possible. Jump up and down when you are getting ready to ‘wear out’ on the squats. You should feel  a ‘burn’ in your quadriceps. Now do 50 jumping jacks. Go back to the push-ups and start again. Repeat for a MINIMUM OF 15 MINUTES. The lactic acid ‘burn’ signals your pituitary to release natural HGH, or human growth hormone. HGH has been linked to better sleep, better sexual performance, greater bone density, greater muscle mass, better cardiovascular fitness, and more.

Fourth:   Take Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) with water in the morning; two to three teaspoons full. Here’s how to do it: Have a quart or two of pure water or juice in front of you. Now place one teaspoon of the ‘salt’ into mouth. This stuff tastes like he@l so get ready, psychologically. Drink water and wash it down. Repeat two more times. Now get ready to ‘hit the bathroom,’ repeatedly for about an hour. This stuff will wash out the toxins from your digestive tract that were loosened overnight by the Senna/Prune supplement.

Fifth:  If you feel the emotion of stress AT ANY TIME DURING THIS 24 HOUR PERIOD, stop what you are doing. Focus on your breath for a moment. Remember that you are becoming a younger person by following this plan. Then tell your ‘stress,’ in silence, in your mind, ‘That is who I used to be.’ This works every time; rids you of stress, calms you, and centers you to your goal of becoming younger.
